At Bakings.in, we are committed to delivering your cakes and flowers with the utmost care and in a timely manner across India. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth and pleasant experience when ordering from us.
Delivery Time Slots
We offer same-day delivery with the following time slots:
- 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM: Early Morning Delivery – ₹150 additional delivery charge
- 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Standard Delivery – No additional shipping charges
- 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Standard Delivery – No additional shipping charges
- 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Standard Delivery – No additional shipping charges
- 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Midnight Delivery – ₹250 additional delivery charge
General Shipping Information
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed at least 3 hours before the chosen delivery time slot to qualify for same-day delivery.
- Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed immediately. We ensure that your order is freshly prepared and delivered during your selected time slot.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver across all major cities in India. Please enter your delivery pin code at checkout to confirm availability in your area.
- Maximum SLA (Service Level Agreement): In the unlikely event that same-day delivery is not attempted due to any reason, the maximum delivery time will not exceed 5 days from the order date.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: No additional shipping charges for deliveries made between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Additional Delivery Charges: A ₹150 delivery charge will apply for early morning (7:00 AM to 9:00 AM) and midnight (11:00 PM to 12:00 AM) deliveries.
Special Instructions
- If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., leave the package with a neighbor), please mention them at the time of checkout.
- For high-demand occasions (e.g., festivals, holidays), we recommend placing orders in advance to secure your preferred delivery slot.
