At Bakings.in, we are committed to providing a delightful experience with every order. However, in the event that a refund is necessary, we have outlined our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are typically issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Order Cancellations: Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Depending on the timing of your cancellation request, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, either to your bank account or Bakings wallet.

  2. Product Issues:

    • Damaged or Defective Products: If the products you receive are damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your bank account or Bakings wallet.
    • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund to your bank account or Bakings wallet.
  3. Delivery Issues:

    • Missed Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order due to our fault, and you are unable to reschedule, we will issue a full refund to your bank account or Bakings wallet.
    • Late Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the maximum Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 5 days (excluding same-day delivery issues), you may request a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Refund to Bank Account: Refunds to your bank account will typically be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refund to Bakings Wallet: Refunds to the Bakings wallet are usually processed within 2-3 business days. The credited amount can be used for future purchases on Bakings.in.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation Requests Outside the Allowed Timeframes: Orders canceled outside the allowed cancellation timeframes, as specified in our Cancellation Policy, are not eligible for refunds.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: As outlined in our Cancellation Policy, certain orders (e.g., same-day delivery, special days) are non-refundable.
  • Customer Negligence: Refunds will not be issued if the issue is due to customer negligence (e.g., providing incorrect delivery information).

Discretionary Refunds
