1. How do I place an order?
- Placing an order on Bakings.in is simple! Browse our selection of cakes and flowers, select your desired items, choose your delivery date and time slot, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successfully placed.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
- Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time for the selected time slots. Please note that additional delivery charges apply for specific time slots (7 AM to 9 AM and 11 PM to 12 AM).
3. What are the delivery charges?
- Standard delivery is free of charge during the following time slots:
- 9 AM to 1 PM
- 1 PM to 5 PM
- 5 PM to 10 PM
- For deliveries between 7 AM to 9 AM and 11 PM to 12 AM, an additional charge of ₹150 applies.
4. What if my order is not delivered on time?
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If your order is not delivered within the maximum SLA of 5 days (excluding same-day delivery issues), please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will either reschedule the delivery or issue a refund as per our refund policy.
5. Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can cancel your order within the timeframes specified in our Cancellation Policy. The amount of refund depends on when the cancellation request is made. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.
6. How do I request a refund?
- Refunds can be requested by contacting our customer support team. Depending on the circumstances and timing of your request, refunds will be processed either to your bank account or Bakings wallet. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and e-wallets. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your personal information is protected.
8. Can I customize my cake or flower arrangement?
- Yes, we offer customization options for cakes and flower arrangements. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your requirements. Customization requests should be made well in advance of the delivery date to ensure availability.
9. Do you deliver to all locations in India?
- We deliver to most locations across India. However, some remote areas may not be covered. During checkout, you can enter your delivery pin code to check if we deliver to your area.
10. How do I track my order?
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
11. What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
